La. I waited until about 8 PM on April 1st, before beginning this. Go me! Sorry *nyanko-chan, but I got really burned out, working on that comic of mine. *slump* Apologies again for this, but you are the rock, so even if it is'n't my best, I wanted to draw for you [again... ;;]. Anyhow, this is Markesh [male] and Retrab [female], characters from *nyanko-chan's original graphic novel, Next Exit, due to hit stores this Fall. [Psst, go buy it, when you can - it's being published by Slave Labor Graphics]. She's holding a promotional contest, and this is my sorry excuse of an entry. Much love for you, *nyanko-chan. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. And yes hon, of COURSE I like it, I mean, have I not emphasized to you enough that I think your the shit? I mean, like I could give you a crown that reads "Ruler of Keen" if that'd help...but I dont think you'd wear it anyway.
I mean...*I* would wear a crown that said "Ruler of Keen" but I've been told Im special, in that short bus way, so I think I'd wear a chicken bucket on my head if I thought it went with my sandals.
Yeah...I've been inking all day and have gone stupid. It doesnt show tho O_O No, not at all.
Me: *stays up for three days straight, no sleep, no food [except for the energy bars my mom would give me, since she knew I could'n't stop to eat or make food], breaking only when bladder is about to pop*
*stress, stress, stress*
*miraculously manages to get 19 pages of tones done in three days*
*finishes three hours after the Midnight deadline*
*weeps, and exiles self into own room, shunning company*
*has dots imprinted on retinas for about a day*
So yes. I plan on cleaning my entry up, and submitting it for the Fall. >__> *still annoyed, though* Right about now, I reeeeally wanna buy Comicworks.
And hey, the crown would fit. Hell, I'm currently wearing a hot pink bath robe, satiny silver nightshirt thing, and plaid PJ pant things. *has fashion sense, 'yo*
